Refund policy

7-Days Free Return & Exchanges

Texfro products are eligible for return / exchange within 7 days of delivery.

There are NO CHARGES to exchange the products. It's on us!

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Exchange Window: Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

Socks and innerwear are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene and policy reasons.

Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

The exchanged or replaced product will be delivered within 4-7 business days.

Refund / Exchange Process

Once the return/exchange request is verified by our support team, reverse pickup will be initiated within 24 hours.

The product will be picked up by our courier partner within the next 2-4 days. 

As soon as the product is picked up, the refund/exchange will be initiated.

• Prepaid Returns: The entire amount will be refunded within 5-10 days to the original payment method.
• Cash On Delivery: The refund will be initiated to the bank account that is provided by you at the time of raising the request.

Note: The courier can refuse the pick-up if the original tags are not intact OR if it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.
